When you visit our dental office, your needs will always come first, and you will always be treated with honesty, integrity, and respect. On that note, we want to make sure you have everything you need for a successful first appointment, so please take the time to read the information below. Our front desk team will greet you and ask you to complete your new patient forms if you haven’t already. Once Dr. Madry is ready to see you, you’ll be escorted back to our treatment area so that we can take X-rays and perform a physical examination of your teeth. We’ll ask you to tell us about any unusual symptoms you’ve been experiencing lately as well as anything in your oral health history we should be aware of. Our goal will be to figure out what your oral needs are so that we can recommend appropriate treatments and plan future appointments accordingly.

Here at the office of Dr. Madry your dental appointments are reserved just for you. We know how valuable your time is & we make every effort to keep you from waiting. We want to make sure that you are fully informed about our cancellation policy guidelines moving forward in our dental practice.
We’re happy to accommodate a wide range of dental plans so that our services can be accessible to as many patients as possible. We’re in-network with a few plans, and we’re willing to work with out-of-network providers as well. Just call us with your insurance information, and once we’ve confirmed that we take your plan, we can go over your benefits in more detail so you have a clear idea of what kind of coverage you’ll receive when you choose us for your dental needs.

Financing is often recommended for patients who can’t pay the full cost of their care all at once because they either don’t have insurance or don’t receive sufficient coverage from their plan for the treatment in question.
